Poland - żurek (soup with any meat bouillon at the rye flour's sourdough)
the best with boiled egg, cooked potato chopped in cubes and chopped smoked sausage in slices. the best thing ever: sour, a little sweet and salty
Honorable mention: pierogi (dumplings), especially Kievan/Rutherian pierogi (with cottage cheese, potato and a little bit of onion)

If you start to trace back history of foods then India barely has any food. Potato, tomato and chillies all came from South America, there goes 99% of our dishes.

as far as I know dangmyeon (glass noodles) are widely used in east asian countries such as china, korea, and japan and isn't particularly "Chinese". Also, each country's is slightly distinct and can be argued that they're unique for each nation.
