What I mean is Taj Mahal does not portray the true culture of India, it was built by an invader and has disgusting history around it. As an Indian, I am not proud of it and it does not represent us culturally. Sure, it is a part of the history of the country, but if you want to visit India to understand its amazing culture, the true essence lies elsewhere. And yes, they portray the king as some sort of an inspiration of love but the reality is totally different, which they never acknowledge.
Let me rephrase myself: Officially, the constitution of India was formed in 1950 after the independence in 1947. Please avoid visiting the Taj Mahal, it is not an engineering Marvel nor does it have anything to do with being the symbol of love. It's a symbol of lust and the empire was known for male chauvinism and was a production factory of kids where woman were treated like slaves. Heck, the king married his own daughter after the death of his wife lmao. If you really want to explore the true culture and beauty of India, visit Leh Ladakh, Manali, Coorg, Varanasi, Rajasthan, Kodaikanal, Ooty, Rishikesh to name a few.
If you want to see the historical structures of India and true engineering marvels, visit the Ajanta caves, Bahai Lotus Temple, Rani ki Vav an DO NOT MISS Kailash Cave (a huge temple carved out of a single rock!).
Because we're proud of our culture and the name we had before we the Brits gave us the name India. Some people are ashamed to embrace our culture, but true Bharatiya are extremely proud of this.

Honestly, it is you who is spreading misinformation (from a global perspective, since I believe you're talking specifically about India). Students can go for exchange if they manage to cross the threshold GPA (which isn't very high) and a few academic requirements, the only competition is getting your preferred university for exchange. It doesn't require any social skills and you don't need to be in anyone's good books, since the professors are not even involved in the exchange/study abroad process. It is either the international engagement team/global programs team/exchange office that looks after exchange and study abroad.

I believe so, I peaked at D2/D3 with 144hz. Decided to buy 240hz start of this year and I can clearly see myself winning a lot of duels which I normally wouldn't. Currently peeked at Immortal 2. Imo, it is very subjective, some people barely see the difference between 144 and 240, whereas I could see a significant difference, but I'm sure your gameplay will improve if you go for 144hz.
