nah in canada, you get two guys where one is speaking in hindi and the other is speaking in Punjabi and they understand each other pretty well. one seems like a dialect, idk which one is the original language. i could be wrong idk, that is what comes to mind tho.

later that helped me invite one of the toki pona server's admins to the Brazilian Olympiad of Linguistics

we read and write it the same way, but we just have a greater english influence or a blend of sort in our french when it is spoken. it is the same language tho. and honestly it is not that bad, you are exaggerating a bit much.

English, do you speak it??
Have you ever seen portuguese, korean or apac folks flood the vlr community with their language??
They don't cause most people understand that english is the universal language at this day in age, it baffles me how poor is the education in BR, very rarely you'll find a brazilian who is able to talk in any other language but portuguese, like for real get some education, you guys are the only country in America that speaks that useless language. No one gives a fuck about portuguese, have some respect for the rest of the world and learn some proper english, autistics fucks

Yea it's a joke. Damn it's so hard to understand when people talk quebecois though especially, because of a lot of the different phonemes used. At least the written form is practically just french with just some english words.

Because it's an especially interesting culture surrounding it: Arab spring, islamic golden age, just oman alone has a crazy history, the caliphates
btw why was my original comment downvoted lmao?
wiki [#153]Because it's an especially interesting culture surrounding it: Arab spring, islamic golden age, just oman alone has a crazy history, the caliphates
- also because I already know a lot about european romanic languages so I want to learn something a bit more oriental, that's slightly closer to home because of its influence on Spanish.
btw why was my original comment downvoted lmao?
I see. Well gl mate, arabic is a tough language to learn. also they probs just jealous unilingual haters.
