Excuse me mr 9wntr sir could I perhaps have some of that oil money https://www.vlr.gg/645022/give-me-infinite-money/#7
Elite back to tier 1
ENGH hard trolled him last year he's still got it trust
He's made it through every single international event qualification he's ever played in, plays a billion agents, has an international finals appearance and without a super experienced IGL u need a vocal experienced player to help with calling. Plus honestly he's a big game clutch player. His ace vs G2 at Shanghai still gets me sitcky to this day
Spread the word brother I need the bag and I'll cook all these fraudulent GMs in EU
And lowkey I'll build the greatest team EMEA has ever seen and finally end the trophy drought and become the greatest GM OAT and I'm not even gonna use imports
Lemme cook and I'm not even going full fantasy imma try and be realistic here
First signing I'm grabbing is Razziss. He recently made the playoffs of VCL DACH as the literal only positive rated player on his team with a 1.18, he plays every duellist to a good level, he's consistently farmed tier 2 for a couple years now and I think he's next up in terms of duellist talent, and I imagine he'd be fairly easy to get his contract can't be that expensive. He'd be the primary entry duellist for this hypothetical team
Next I'm grabbing globeX, he's one of the huge EMEA prospects everyone's been talking about. Last year he played smokes for KOI academy and this year he's pivoted to duellist. The only issue is now he's on Barca and is probably pretty expensive, plus I imagine a ton of teams are looking at him so he could be tough to acquire for a team. I'd have him flexing between the two as a Keiko type player, playing primarily Omen, Raze, Brimstone and Neon
Next I'd take RobbieBK. He had a brief stint on both Loud and M8 last year as the IGL for both teams but his time on them was incredibly short and I personally don't think he got to showcase what he's actually capable of. He'd play scan on this team as well as being the IGL, and atm he's a completely FA so shouldn't be any issues there.
Next player I'd sign is Elite. He's been in tier 1 before, being absolutely insane on BBL in his rookie year before kinda regressing after getting signed to KC and going back to tier 2, but I think if he was given another shot on a better organised team. He's still frying the Turkish league in tier 2 so I definitely still think he has the talent. He'd be playing sentinel (tho likely mostly sticking to Viper and the occasional Cypher or KJ map) which is what he thrived on on BBL.
Then my final piece is paTiTek. He's had a fairly decent amount of tier 1 experience, making 5 international events and even an international grand final. He's a very flexible player, has insanely good supportive utility, is a vocal secondary caller, has been spoken highly of by most former team mates and seems to be a very good vibes guy (with the only guy he's butted heads with being known vibes terrorist trexx) and in general just elevates whatever team he's on. He'd mostly be on Kay/o and smokes when globeX is on duellist.
Then for the head coach, in an ideal world you drag Mini out of retirement but I doubt that's happening. So imma go with Yaba, the previous coach of KOI academy who were probably the best team in VCL Spain last year, and he'll have existing chemistry with globeX, the most important person on the team, and understanding of how to let him shine in his system. And yk what add ShadoW in there as an assistant coach. He's probably doing most of the heavy lifting on Enterprise because Itopata is a known bum
So there's my draft for an EU team. The rifling core of globeX, Razziss and Elite following the Loud Gen.G formula of duellist, smokes, senti being your 3 star fraggers and then RobbieBK as the scan IGL and paTiTek as an experienced secondary caller and support piece, with Yaba as the head coach
Any Saudi oil princes looking to enter the Valorant scene and willing to give me infinite money hit me up
RieNs, he is biggest brain player in EMEA
I am NOT here for the vlr yaoi trend
dort was a hero, I just couldn't see it
I think they're gonna still qual but probably drop to 2nd or 3rd seed, I think VIT are gonna come out swinging and live up to their potential and then TH and FNC are gonna scrap for top 4 and BBL will have to sweat a bit to keep up with them
OpTic vs Loud in the upper bracket finals of Reykjavik
FPX vs PRX at Copenhagen
FNC vs Loud at LOCK//IN
PRX vs EG at the upper bracket finals in Champs
TH vs FPX at Shanghai groups
TH vs Gen.G rematch at Champs groups
TH vs SEN at Champs
TH vs LEV in the lower finals of Champs, that was the last time I felt happiness as a Valorant fan
Surely you need to know what it's like watching insane young talents get trolled by their coach, let a man dream damnit
Wait lowkey he's right
Boaster just needs like one or two more trophies tho
Ngl I think Raze Waylay is a really slept on double duellist combo hinder + Raze util is the stuff of nightmares
I'd probably bank on Brimstone, Raze, Waylay, Fade and then either Tejo or Cypher being the meta comp
I'm praying on a LEV bounce back cuz the last form we saw this team in was lowkey ass but there's frankly an absurd amount of talent on the team so I wanna see them make it to a Masters after hatewatching them in 2025 for being the GE of Americas (until they signed Sato)
My hopes for London are LEV, NRG, 100T
Still shit but now they have slightly more firepower so they'll be entertainingly shit
They were considered one of the worst teams in Americas till they added Demon1 and even then their playoffs quals came down to MIBR getting the miracle upset against 100T
Once they hit the international stage in Tokyo is when they started actually playing insane
If they won either of the 2 finals they were in they're undisputed 1st, but a trophy + top 4 at Champs is imo better than 2 second place finishes
The only Champs winners who played well the entire year have been Loud and I feel like getting grouped at Copenhagen gives OpTic the edge over them imo
I feel like a trophy win + top 4 at Champs is better than 2 second place finishes but FNC is deffo 2nd and they'd be undisputed 1st if they complete the reverse sweep at Champs
2021 - Gambit
2022 - OpTic
2023 - FNATIC
2024 - GEN.G
2025 - PRX
I did not enjoy that but thank you for sharing regardless
Idk about NA ranked but I server hopped to play with my partner from Canada and everyone has freaky ahh names like "EatMyKitty" and "degrade me" like vro
Varrel -c1nder +MaKo so consistency man can finally get his trophy after 6 billion years
Americas - 100T, NRG, LEV
EMEA - TH, BBL, VIT (mostly cuz of Jamppi and Sayonara)
Pacific - Gen.G, PRX
China - Wolves, AG, XLG
Idk I mean alfa has been playing in tier 1 for near enough the same amount of time as aspas, and imo has been as good a fragger the whole time, is more flexible, has more trophies and has been more consistent internationally, never once full on shitting the bed like aspas did at Tokyo and Toronto
I don't really see the argument for aspas over alfa imo, the only reasoning I could see is 1 Champs > 2 trophies but if he gets a third trophy, especially a champs, then it's chalked for aspas
I'd have said t3xture for 2024 ngl
Lowkey Alfajer mogs both Chronicle and Aspas in the goat convo but we're not ready for those talks just yet
Now this is purp0's world and we're just living in it ig
Neon Waylay Skye Viper Omen name 1 map this isn't the best comp on
Idk can only remember Proxh's not great performance on M8 last year
Absolutely horrendous idea
I'm gonna stand by 2023 being the most boring meta we've ever had and it was all possible because Skye did everything flash initiators and info initiators can do at the same time
Can't wait for Skye Viper Omen then double duellist or solo duellist + KJ or Cypher on literally every map
Yes, he's him. Best smokes player in tier 2 atm
Tejo nerfs were the last decent patch
I'd say top 7-8 are probably in order then the rest I kinda just threw on as I thought of them

Nah Skye flash was so necessary she made the meta mind numbingly boring in 2023
Vyse getting her flash gutted in 11.08
They increased the cooldown, removed the info and made it so you can break it while it's winding up like bro they killed her signature ability
Imo the front runners to make it are BBL, M8, TL, FNC, VIT and TH
I'm expecting BBL and VIT to be there then the 3rd spot is a toss up imo, tho of course I'm hoping for TH
