i think orgs can cancel the contract at any point and not pay anything else. if the player wants to move out, then the org gets paid a buyout. so eg can just cancel the contracts and offer new ones with revised salaries

confusing scrims with player trials i see... I've heard too many pros calling teams out for their performance in scrims vs real matches.. and its almost always a backhanded comment. FNS for example, once said TSM's seven and GMD are dropping 40+ in scrims but they go silent in matches as they watch partied them loosing.. everyone laughed and said "thats fucked".. Ofcourse I cannot derive Boaster's intentions behind him saying tenz is dropping 30+ in scrims - it could be a joke or maybe he is serious... but to make an attempt to bring scrim results where we neither see the score to verify or have any knowledge behind how the scrims were planned as a metric to somehow cover up tenz's match performances is pathetic to say the least.

bcj got 2 games in the league after coming into 2023 as one of the highest rated initiators. yay and vanity couldnt play a single game in the league.. now you may argue their reasons to be removed but it doesnt matter when you are not even willing to look at tenz/asuna's reasons to be replaced.. almost every SEN member from the 2021 squad that won the major has directly and indirectly said that tenz and the others have not been measured with the same scale by the org and the cult fans.

we may be heading into 2024 with the likes of FNS and S0M as free agents and as u admitted someone from t2 getting a shot is almost impossible and designed to fail. there is no way u can convince me that tenz who has won a trophy 2 years ago and asuna whose best is a redbull trophy are to be kept until they decide to hang their booths and tell me you are not one of the cult fans.. who as i argued first - is the only reason for keeping him there.

if there is one person out of the 30 slots in NA who is sure to play in franchising, it is him. nothing to do with skill, talent or promise of winning, its just his stocks are high because of his fanbase. he can play in whatever org he wants to, SEN knows this so they will never let him go.

shazam got 2022 with same core because of 2021 performance but obviously things changed after that because of franchising and optic, xset and all the players being f/a.. sen went on to choose 3 from xset core, 2 from loud and kept their poster kid. obviously these kind of fragmented cores with colliding roles did not work as there is no chemistry.. you cannot just plug in the best from previous years performance into individual roles and expect some magic. unless one feels that the team cannot win or function as a 5.. there is no need to make any changes.. it is better to give them chance to improve and work rather than keeping a guillotine over their heads and say win or leave.. case in point : how did kru turn around 0-9 and win lcq with no changes?

100t case : they started their season pretty well, won red bull against a supposed superteam of c9 and lost to fnatic in lock//in.. their americas season was in fact better than sentinels even if they lost head to head considering if they didnt lose against mibr.. it wouldve been 100t in playoffs rather than eg. so up until this point 100t was better than eg.. which isnt bad. c9 kept vanity, leaf and xeppa to protect their core in which they believed.. most people were shocked after they performed even after runi and jakee inclusion because somehow the chemistry worked.. infact this proves my point - team chemistry is more important than buying the best player in a certain role.. runi or jakee by no means are the best available igl or smokes but since they strengthened the chemistry it was good.. now u cannot guarantee this so the best way to build it is to keep ur core players or if u have new ones give them time to improve.
