indeed! after leaving he played in team rocket who was signed by ORDER after stage one where he competed in the roster he was moved to the back as coach for stage two which they won dominantly.

sieh is not even a coach, he is a caster. He came to VLT to literally just look at other team's setups and anti strat them.
He does not even call himself a coach in any way or form. His bio literally says "Will do anything I can for VLT".
Sieh does not make starts and give calls. He does not even call timeouts in games. He is just there to look at the other team's setup.
As a result - VLT tried to anti strat full sense on haven, got a good lead of around 7 rounds, then full sense called a timeout and changed their strats and setups. After that, VLT basically won 0 rounds.
A good coach would probably ask VLT to adjust too, however, sieh being the average caster has no more knowledge than another random person playing valorant. He can only help when he can see the perspectives of both teams (which he cannot from the coach seat).

yeah but optic had already semented themselves top 10 worldwide, mikes got them from not doing much in masters 2 last year to taking them to the grand finals, fastest improvement in my opinion. Chet's work didnt seem to be working at champs
there were prob a lot of problems that we don't know about as outsiders, but OpTic looked really good at Masters. Like really really good. Their usage of Neon was what won them the tournament, and 100% Chet had to have something to do with it. I'm not a Chet fan, I really like MikesHD, BUT in terms of results Chet is the only coach in NA to have won a Masters title.

you need same caliber players to judge which coach is better you can do this for VLT vs GE vs EG sure but not VLT vs Tier 2 team even if you bring Engh or Chet and make them coach you and your friends you'll still get shit on by VLT with me as a coach that doesn't mean I'm better than Engh or Chet it just means that the players on VLT are better

if he was so good why didn't GE keep him after LCQ? also VLT has made a lot of questionable decisions so far (getting marzil only to bench him most of the time , making a 7man rooster ) look where it got them on the last LAN I'm pretty sure even sleepy doesn't want to spoil his reputation and get clowned on later on as VLT Coach hence he doesn't even want to be called coach but making up new shit like consultant etc wherein he will be basically doing the same job which comes under the coaching umbrella
GE didn't keep shinobi, Ewok as their coach so does that mean they are bad?
Also last lan was the only time VLT didn't perform well enough and its okay like a team has bad times right? and benching Marzil wasn't a questionable move ig he was new to the game they gave him time to learn the game first.
Shinobi was never gonna stay anyways as Indian csgo pros don't like being told what to do 100% by their coaches and modify their playstyle also the time zone issue was there so Shinobi wasn't bad but they sure as hell could keep Sieh but didnt coz hes nothing more than a muleboy who contributes only by doing vod reviews primarily Im not talking about marzil when he was new but even later on they kept him on bench
what about Ewok then time zone was not really an issue with him and btw Sieh didn't left GE he had only joined the team for lcq, and GE's performance in lcq was good with sieh no one expected them to be that good, and with rexdreams you saw what GE did in APAC well i am not saying rexdreams is bad but sieh is not what you think, thats what i wanted to prove
