Yep. I think it is a difficult thing to understand because we are educated in differents ways, and the society is completely different.
But first, yes there are racist people in argentina, chile brazil, and all the countries in the world.
Second, some people are not racist and they do this like you say, because they know it affect you, and they are only trying to make you feel bad, but they are not racist. They are not racist because they dont really know what that means for people from brazil, we grew up in a society that "doesnt exist racism" (i dont know how to explain it good tbh).

i really dont think this will be solved in the short term because some people just want to hurt the other for being "rivals" or thinking diferent. But conversations like this where people are not just stuck in what they think is a good point for start to raise awareness some people that really dont know what racism is for brazil or others countries.

meu mano eu vi que vc eh brasileiro então vou ser bem direto e não me prolongar muito mais nisso, em momento nenhum quero ser melhor que eles, quero que sintam o sentimento que nutro pelos mesmos, comecei a jogar csgo em 2016 e lá o servidor brasileiro era compartilhado com outros países sulamericanos e constantemente caia com boludo, qualquer coisa que eu abria o mic era uma chuva de xingamento, sons de macacos e o caralho a quatro, depois comecei a me interessar por futebol e lá esse mesmo quadro era mil vezes pior, nunca foi um caso isolado e nunca vai ser, hoje em dia não é mais coisa só dos argentinos, parece que outros países como chile, uruguai e paraguai tomaram esse mesmo sentimento contra os brasileiros, então eu quero mais eh que se foda, perpetuarei o ciclo de ódio até o fim dos meus dias ou até o dia da extinção inevitável da raça humana
