Its cooked right now, I go to sleep at 8-9 pm, I wake up at 4 am for the china games, I go back to sleep until EMEA plays, and then I either take a nap until Americas play, or I just stay up if the EMEA teams take too long. (I'm on spring break btw, which is why I have all this time)

9pm to 4am is 7hrs...which is already more than enough sleep for the day.....
plus u taking naps in between...

8 is like the max acceptable.... anything above that is not doin ur body or ur career any good XD
