they didnt play yoru

they made top 3 in kickoff and look pretty good now

why force your players to play agents they arent comfortable on? just put cryo on jett man that boy will cook

because if cryo can learn yoru it opens up a lot of stuff for them to play. not just for pearl but for other maps where jett isnt as good

I think some teams are very locked in on trying to follow the meta since they feel like they need to be the best since they are at the highest level of play. Obviously that doesn't matter that much because tier 1 teams are not perfect. The fact that 2G is in tier 1 proves this.

seriously, tho - it all depends on what the team needs. aspas will play yoru if the team needs, just like he played phoenix last year on lev. cryo might be shaky but he will eventually learn

yeah, and for certain ideas they will NEED some certain agents, and someone will have to adapt and play them

and yes aspas will play yoru if needed like i said he was always open to playing other agents, but the comps are mostly based on him playing jett and raze so theres no need for it

u think its a coincidence they dont have ideas that need yoru? obviously not, they are making comps and ideas based on agents their players can play, they arent going to put verno on smokes just because they want to play a double smoke comp, they are going to accomodate their players first and then make ideas

yes because the players are on board with it. just as cryo is on board on playing yoru. if he isn't then its his fault for not working around that with the coaching staff

anyways, this is week 1, its the time to test things, so its good they're figuring out it dont work now
