TL & DRX were more aimers than strat teams
LOUD, MIBR, Hell even KRU were aimers rather than stratters and yet somehow SEN managed to beat them (LLL & MBR)

SEN lost TenZ so then Zekken is asked to play on an island. The only map where SEN looks good with Zekken is Abyss where N4RRATE is on Omen and being his faux-TenZ. Zekken was a top 3 duelist itw last year so its very odd to see his stats drop like this. People on the site will deny this but TenZ was the biggest part of SEN's identity so losing his play hurts.

We're clearly seeing he isn't infront of our eyes, It's not even like Bang is playing like shit he's had some monstrous rounds. TenZ and Zekken were the best duo in the world. Zekken is just left on an island to die now atleast TenZ would go die with him and try to aid him.

Actually its more simple. Zekken is only good on jett on raze hes decent on a good day and bad on an average day. He was always struggling with creating his own chances and he's not the best in entering with satchels. thankfully jett is forgiving with her dash and updraft tho he is very good on raze vs considerably worse teams. Honestly if u get paired vs jawg derke aspas etc on raze u are propably scared shitless of an incoming double satchel into ur face or a random satchel peak honestly he is only scary on jett and with that he can also play with op, when he picks op on raze he gets 2 max before dying with it.

worst take ever, zekken is wayy better on raze than jett what are you on bro, don't let yourself be blinded and misled by stats, especially recent ones, he just hasn't been playing as well as he thinks he should be this season, his raze is monstrous

Well what's in the past is in the past you'd never see the other top players on raze play her like he does recently. Im not denying he used to be good but people learned how to play vs raze better than ever and seems like he didnt adapt or evolve his gameplay on her at all

SEN lost their mechanical pookie tenz, even though TenZ = bang, TenZ was very integral to their success since hes way more aggro than bang
Both Zellsis and N4RRATE are flex players so there's a struggle there as well

After choking 2nd map OT their mental was shot going into map 3. TL being a momentum-heavy team did not let that slide.

i dont think professional who are at the top of the scene for years(excluding narrate) would be mentally boomed by barely losing in overtime on enemy's map pick if anything i'd be happy that it was this close on one of the best maps from new liquid

Exactly. That's why you as a team realizing you are at a tournament that has only the best of the best competing going to OT on enemy's map pick where this is considered one of their best maps currently and also knowing that just a month before u got absolutely stomped on abyss. I wouldn't be sad and wouldn't lose confidence. They are paid to lock in when the time comes there is no way that they lost mental, its just cope and how is TL momentum heavy and SEN not? they just won 13-7 first map what happened then

the biggest problem imo is that tenz was super aggressive and always fought with zekken, and bang is way more passive. zekken gets left out on an island very often

there were certain instances where nAt’s presence alone made rounds unloseable for liquid

and, as for drx, anyone with a brain on their head knew they were beating sen going into the tourney

however, i feel people overreact when faced with results like this, especially when they expect bang to become tenz overnight. sen with a fixed chemistry are in actuality a scary team
