Have you watched a single ascent game since april 2021?
RIOT, DO SOMETHING.
We took out haven and put it back in without any map changes, and we are still stuck with abysmal retake probabilities in all levels of play. (excluding Bronze and below, even then it is still offense sided)
Its not just Haven with these problems, there are many maps coming and going from the map pool with little to 0 changes, and it is not looking good for the future of riot's map balance. Over half of the maps in the game need balancing, Split, ASScent, Breeze, Shitbox, Haven, and Fracture. (Minimal changes for Fracture.) All of them have been or are out of the map pool, and none of them have gotten significant balances, if at all. Most of these changes are easy to see and somewhat tricky to fix, but it should be very doable in the amount of time these maps are out of the pool, and yet, it doesn't happen. This is very worrying for the future of maps that went out of the pool, more notably Asscent.
Who knows, maybe if we had a replay system they could have fixed this earlier.
TLDR: Riot needs to focus on map balance ASAP
DFM were the better team, prx only started tossing when it got close. (Or in map 2's case, after the one round they won.)

if they switched the venue to someplace on the US east coast (around indiana/ohio) it would screw over everyone in apac even more (unless they're by the east side)

There is now 0 reason to play Neon unless you’re shotgun only.
Getting killed by the slide went from

Now it’s just going to be boring Raze/Jett meta. I hope they at least consider reverting the accuracy nerf in exchange for a slide speed nerf because making Neon have one slide and worse accuracy pre-buff just makes no sense. They wanted to make Neon more ground-based and then proceeded to not change the bhop spam at all and made her worse in every way, which means people will see more bhop than they did before, going against the original intention behind the nerf.
Hopefully they revert the accuracy nerf, if they don’t the agent diversity that is currently in the meta will vanish because Neon will vanish.
