why do VCT pros get true stretched but riot removed the way to get it for normal players?

Cant u still do it i swear methods still exist, my friend told me he was setting up before a game like a week ago and I subbed in for a tourney and the acc had a custom res

stretch still can be used, there are some methods on bilibil to teach how to set your PC, i think you can search on youtube.

Removed? Doesnt every just disable the monitor on Device manager and just changed resolution via control panel with the res being 1:45 or some shit
