Someone has to step up and ask leo faria the hard questions , we don't see a lot of public response qna being done by him and usually the only place that we see him being asked questions is plat chat, I really think plat chat hosts should actually bring him on again and ask him the hard questions and make him answer in detail about them, stuff like why is Tier 2 detoriating and what are they doing to keep it sustainable, he did previously mention on the podcast that people say they don't care abt t2 but it's not the case but it wasn't a detailed one, or questions like why are they killing SEA tier 2 by the soop acquisition rights, or about them not making the bundles interesting? Or the irregularity in rest days for different teams, the irregularity in timings for different valorant regions( like how EMEA is now shifted two hours back making it where if u watch the last EMEA game u would miss the first Americas game) .

oh my bad, let me just take your opinion for the fact that he's a good journalist and the fact that he has a major in it that clearly that proves he can ask hard questions and actually provide a good interview.
A good journalist makes videos on bad circumstances no matter who it involves and I lost complete hope in Ludwig when he refused to make Mr Beast videos purely because "he doesn't want to do videos on speculation" when he proceeds to make multiple other videos on speculation such as the Ava Kris Tyson situation, Sketch situation Etc just a few videos beforehand.
Ludwig is no better of an interviewer than Oompaville when he made his Interview with Mr Beast after the controversy and (essentially) just got used because he never pushed back on anything that Mr Beast said.

Yeah but u know they didn't ask much real questions and also didn't get an answer from him in detail like about tier 2 when they asked he said they don't like the fact that people think they all hate tier 2 and don't pay attention to it and said that they pay lesser attention to tier 2 as it's not the main thing but didn't give much more about they are planning to sustain it
any justification for this claim? I highly doubt vct will shut down in the next 5-6 years if the tier 2 ecosystem isnt supported.
Imagine valorant without tier 2. Players will just be picked up from ranked, premier or pug teams. Barely anybody even watches tier 2 so its not like people actually care the gameplay in tier 2, people just care that highly skilled players can hone their skills in tier 2, we can see many new highly skilled players with tier 2 salaries as they can then afford to spend lots of time on valorant and compete with tier 1 players, etc...
So valorant without tier 2 will still feel like the same game for 90% of viewers, the only real difference being that future talent may be harder to come by. This however is not enough to kill an entire esports scene.
It won't kill the scene, because the scene will die by old age lol. Assuming what you said is true ( future talents harder to come by), the scene will be stale, while other games offers something new everyday. Thus, slowly or quickly Valorant will lose their playerbase to competitors
You need tier 2 to have viewerships because good viewerships attracts big orgs, big orgs pay good wages and that attracts talents.
Or at the very least you need to increase your playerbase much higher than you would if your tier 2 has viewers to attract the same amount of talents

I still feel like it will be fresh since there will still be pretty but the same amount of new talent coming in and out of tier 1 with or without a tier 2 ecosystem. This is mainly just due to the older players retiring so obviously newer players will need to take their place. My point is more so that the skill of new tier 1 players wont be higher than if there was a tier 2 ecosystem
I agree with your last 2 points tho. I recon there will be like 3-4 orgs for each region that would pay full time salaries, especially bc of the new relegation rules. There will prob be 2 new teams each season for each region until 2028 or whatever where the org amount reaches the limit at 14-16 each region or however many it was. This is a decent incentive for orgs to invest as if they get a 30%-40% chance for ascending with a salaried roster then I would imagine a fair few orgs would take this opportunity.
Ludwig kinda pressured him this off season at the ludwig x tarik event, and a lot of it was about T2 since Ludwig is invested in it. But I mean at the end of the day, Leo is pretty good at giving the PR answers (it is his job ofc). But whenever Ludwig and him are together, he does make an effort to try and grill Leo about decisions being made.
I mean Leo Faria has already said twice that if he could go back now nd do it all over again he would atleast create a semi-open system and not a closed franchise Tier 1. So he sees the problem but he can't now change it today itself bcz they hv signed the contract for a specific period of time. All we can do is wait nd see if he keeps his word nd does something when current franchising contracts run out.
