On almost every team you have someone playing recon initiator and someone playing flash initiator, typically a flex player. This guy plays it all—and at a very high level, too. His Sova, Fade, Skye, Breach, and KAY/O are all world-class and I never see him get any credit for it. It's not easy to name another initiator that can be this flexible within their role.

I don't think it is because initiators can't be flexible but more like team comps require recon players to play recon fully.
