Yesterday's announcement from C9:
As of today, moose has been allowed to explore his options and is actively looking for a team.
It is possible that he was trialing for other teams while still on C9 (you know, just in case) but given that this announcement was over a week after Apeks' post, and the fact that moose was with C9 in NA playing in Spotlight (unless he flew there to trial and back in like 3 days, while still on the team btw), I think it's safe to say APK moose is probably not happening
they dont actually fly to a diff continent to trial, they just play on high ping
If moose was Apeks' best choice while playing on much higher ping than everyone else... man, I doubt that, I really do. If it is the case, then I have so many questions
I don't have anything against moose—he's a great player and was easily the second best for C9 in split 2 last year, and people have forgotten that. I do feel like the current system is making him play worse, and I did hope that it'd change for him with mitch as the new igl. However I don't think he's quite good enough to compete with the best of EMEA's unsigned on much higher ping than any of them—it's just not realistic for most players, let's be real.
This was posted before florescent was announced, so if you're right, then this means nothing for the 5th player
yeah, unless he did well in trials. But moose is decent player at best, from NA so his buyout and salary should be higher than ur Eu players. Don't see a point in getting moose

they also said they're signing 'One more Americas talent' just before signing Oderus, so I think it'll likely be an EMEA player
