This might sounds like a conspiricy theory but

From my prespective Apeks doesnt look like a strong team with mid core players. If flor joins apeks she could either be a carry or shes gonna play really bad.
If she plays good shes eventually going to receive other offers, but if she plays bad ppl will more likely to conclude the bad year on team failure and terrible teamwork.

Also money but apeks is a relatively small org
