only 4 tweaked abilities, it'd be a gamemode like replication or escalation, maybe in a swiftplay format

everyone can buy a:
kayo flash
raze nade (1 explosion)
brim molly (smaller radius, shorter duration)
viper orb (no fuel needed, one time use and no decay, make it a bit smaller and the duration shorter)

all util would be expensive so it doesnt become sit and wait behind a choke simulator

CS has no option to play short games
(at least none without cheaters and bots)
plus if you look at it from riots perspective, they'd want to do as much as they can to stop their players from trying CS
