Once Chichoo's performance came back down to earth (great player, love him, but keeping up his performance from the start was unsustainable) they got folded

They don't even get 3rd without that crazy hot streak

that is what happens when you have goats on your team they win matches where you shouldnt have won just 1 goat like aspas on mibr raises there celling to the point where it bumps them up couple spots EDG have all CN goats and T1 have all there players in top 10 KR goats with sylvan contesting the controller spot against karon,mako he isnt better but he will be if he keeps this up he will be easily
like zekken/tenz on sen or oxy on c9 or again aspas on mibr these players on there own bump up there teams to 2-4 spots
tenz was on duelist chichoo is on senti he gets to hard bait and save as many times as he wants which means higher vlr rating

tbh real reason EDG went that far in champs was chichoo and smoggy to an extent, kangkang neon + s1mon breach was what took them to the win
now no neon and chichoo cant do everything by himself
he still top 3 player itw but its not enough for the win

tbh i feel like we shouldve won the haven but bind was pretty mentally bombing either way we wouldve gotten run over by g2 better t1 went through than us cuz looks like edg has major problems adapting to the meta and sees like our defaults now suck cuz everyone just reclears the fake pressure.
