i mean i chose a REALLY bad time to make this post considering eg is getting cooked by sen rn(im not watching the game), but she found nature, who no one had heard of besides that one stint on 100t for redbull, and she decided to keep c0m and boostio, two players whom no one thought were t1 level, she found icy who isn't the GREATEST, but look how he did on g2. i dont think that he would've gotten a chance if he hadn't been on the eg reserve cuz he wouldn't have been on anyones radar

now i realize i probably should've rephrased the op to "best coach in terms of development", but wtv

Nature was on 4 T1 LARGE orgs previous to EG, c0m was known for a while in t2 for his time on akrew, boostio was already known for a while as well. The point is that she doesn't find good players, she turns mid players into good players. I would agree with best coach in terms of development

gonna depend on how you rate (using players performance on the team vs using how the players look after they left the team as the measurement)

if its on the team then mini/cojo need to be #1
theyve never missed

their worst pickup was enzo, and they had their most dominant regional performance during that time and looked decent international

scouting means you find the next big player and idt potter great on that sector and if you think scouting find the right player for your team, i think its more of a great coaching than scouting.
