The old LOUD comp: Viper Harbor Skye Jett and KJ

But now since skye is nerfed to the ground what do u think is the meta?

My personal pick is Fade Astra Kayo KJ and Neon/Jett

Edit: When i was talking to mini (ex fnatic coach), he said he thinks the meta will be: Jett, Sova, Kayo, Astra and Kj.
What he would use is: Yoru, Sova, Viper, Astra and KJ.

Not necessarily but I see you poin. You might also add an omen and runs Astra omen to give the yoru more cover and the paranoia pairs well with the gate crash

Yoru works more as an Initiator than a Duelist in pro play. Jett is still good on pearl for awping and her verticality, while also being able to dive in during the attack half

Yoru functions well as an initiator but you don't commonly see him paired with a dive duelist. An example would be fnatics haven comp or certain comps on breeze. I'd rather maybe an omen because his kit pairs well with yoru (Paranoia deafens gatecrashes, lurk smokes, secondary entry) than an oping agent. Ops also don't seem to take over a game like they used to

I'm curious how the first engagements were spread out. I would assume the yoru would have more and the jett would be saved for entry but jett also ops more often.

Idk but I imagine you gotta have Gecko and Astra given how OP rn and it still feels like a double duelist meta

Gekko can be ran as a solo initiator on pearl, it actually might even be his best map

I talked a bit about it here Pearl Meta

but now that I have seen scrims and games being run with pearl (I am a tier 4 coach) and now that I have properly educated myself on the map dynamics, I would say Cypher is equally is viable as Killjoy its just kinda preference. Also double controller is pretty dead, most teams if they are not experimenting will play double initiator, most of the times kayo but if the initiator main is not comfortable then gekko. While the other initiator is fade/sova. Now double controller can work just more coordination and thinking required. Now double controller is still viable just won't be meta.

My team runs Astra, Harbour, Kayo, Killjoy, Jett but I would recommend:

Jett/Neon
Omen/Astra - Viper/Harbour
Cypher/Killjoy
Kayo/Gekko - Sova/Fade

He has really good flashes there, and the rotations are long, making his teleport pretty valuable

He’s decent not the best but you can only really play Jett and Neon for duelist but then if you want flashes you have to go KAY/O or Skye and not everyone likes playing one of them so they play Yoru instead cause he can also entry decently
