I dont get it either. Im from EU and mostly watch NA. Is that treason now? Like I'm not even an NA fan at all I just like some teams and like to see them win (for example IMT, Secret, Envy) but I mainly just want to see some good Valorant... I guess this is just basic hooligan problems. Not different to any other sport...
Ive played against him in ranked, but obv thats not the same thing. I think if there was no post plant, no judge, and no OP metas to abuse and the game properly balanced, he wouldnt be any sort of special IGL at all, open to being wrong on this one

i think that this game comes to map picks and individual play. C9 should take breeze FNC should take icebox. It really comes down to whoever shows up with mutli kills and clutches. mainly leaf and derke will have a lot of pressure to perform. Im worried thou with leafs aggressive style it might be easy to run trap plays, and on the otherhand worried about FNC pacing they push sites a little too late sometimes. overall very excited to see this game.

FNC lost both pistols and all clutch situations (2x 1vs1 & 1x 2vs1) and still won without OT. It's fair to say they were much better strategically than C9.

I seriously hate takes like this. Just because you are playing a sentinel does not mean you can't frag. Just because you are playing a duelist does not mean you are required to frag. The job of a duelist is to open site and entry frag to make space for your team. Yes they are good for getting kills, but this does not mean that that's the only thing they can do. And sentinels are meant to be supporting the team with utility and to lock down postplants. Again, not the only thing they can do. Every sentinel can help the team with kills instead of utility and every duelist can help the team with utility instead of kills.

As an European it was always hard for me to understand American culture. What was fascinating for me is that they like bragging about their freedom which was weird for me, because I didn't think that I have any less freedom than them. I always thought 'What is the difference'. However after this game I finally understand it. NA is just so fucking free.
