he is doing really well but it looks like fnatic have done a lot of work to put him in positions where he can shine (tower execute, A long hold on fracture for example)

C9 will be lucky to make it out of groups, and if they do Fnatic will do the double over them

im so glad that they have come to play, tbh i think they have really made use of the time out to work on executes and strategy, cant wait for their next game

posted about 2 years ago

Fnatic underestimated plus maybe lack of experience impacting C9's performance

just give us a good game Fnatic Prayge

D for sure

Both will have the chance to prove themselves in Champions but unfortunately I agree that changes will be needed if they underperform (out in early stages)

tier 1 teams, but the tournament itself in terms of prestige, prizes etc is tier 2 for me

Gambit sponsored by monster energy so they can't win redbull tournament unfortunately

I'm a big fan of dark fantasy, but heads up they can be quite gory and the writing itself can be quite complex:

Joe Abercrombie - The First Law Trilogy
Mark Lawrence - The Broken Empire Trilogy
Pierce Brown - Red Rising (this series is fantasy / sci-fi but one of my favourite of all time)

Other fantasy:
Brent Weeks - Lightbringer series
Scott Lynch - Gentlemen Bastard series (44 mentioned this, books are about Locke Lamore)
Brandon Sanderson - most of his fantasy series mentioned above, Stormlight Archive is my favourite
EDIT someone mentioned it and need to include: Patrick Rothfuss - Kingkiller Chronicles. 2 books out and been waiting 10 years for the 3rd but it's beautifully written

Lakia on stage PauseChamp they may genuinely have been saving him as a secret weapon

*or not

also think Gambit may struggle to deal with VS if they switch Lakia in, nAts said they struggled to adapt to CR's different roster

good sportsmanship + didn't matter in the end anyway

you could goo aggro if you're smurfing cos you probably stomp anyone in a gun fight anyway, otherwise go 200iq lurk and make big plays kinda like how Boaster plays

not really overrated from what I've seen in terms of performance of the team, maybe a little in terms of expectation of the fans. As above we need to see how they perform in closed event and if they qualify, how they perform in Berlin. Up until now their biggest achievement has been beating Fnatic in a Bo3 qualifiers - good achievement but nothing to concretely justify best in EU shouts for example

posted about 3 years ago

Fnatic 2 TL 1, close games all around. Think the losses in qualifiers will be a good thing and give them the underdog mindset which they perform best with

Boaster - personality and playstyle.

fnatic and G2 imo but depends on how the bracket works
