tbh for the 2025 season I doubt many will use Harbor. Considering map rotation and the big buff on Astra not many teams will be looking to use him.
Harbor's getting a big buff in the next month + Pearl's coming back. So don't be so sure :)
Here were my ideas from a while back:
- High Tide (E) cooldown decreased from 40 >> 30 seconds (in line with the other smokes in the game)
- High Tide (E) maximum bend increased from 180 >> 270 degrees per second (basically makes it easier to curve the wall)
- High Tide (E) and Cascade (C) slow changed from 30% >> 0% for allies and 30% >> 50% for enemies
- Cove (Q) cost decreased from 350 >> 300 credits (you can buy it with a ghost on pistol)
- Reckoning (X) stun windup decreased from 1.35 >> 1 second (you can't shift walk out of his ult now)
I also saw a video from Anderzz (an analyst who works with FNATIC) where he had an amazing idea: reduce the damage dealt by bullets when they go through Harbor's smokes. Obviously all my changes + his idea would be WAY too much, so I think either or. You either wanna buff everything, or just rework the one thing that'll make him see a ton of play
Reducing bullet damage is a very interesting idea that would fit well with Harbor's water theme, but imo it doesn't really help his relevance as a controller. Your idea (buffing the slow and removing it for allies) is better because it buffs his general viability, and although the Anderzz idea would help him on maps like Icebox where he's chosen purely for his retake utility (cove), it doesn't actually improve his overall utility as a main smokes agent

I think he will be played on Pearl with the Loud comp from 2022 or on that it’ll be Neon KAYO Chamber Astra fade/Sova.
KRÜ has big faith in Mta it seems. So sad for Melser he was performing amazing :(
mta is a gamble tbh. He can either surpass Melser and overall prove to be an upgrade over him or flop and make KRU regret choosing him over Melser. We'll see what happens

I feel sad he actually had the experience and the only reason he underperformed I guess is because they made him the IGL since Klaus got kicked and he never had any IGL experience before. I just hope is bait
