quality of vits players are very high, trexx sayf and less have very good firepower and mechanics. on top of that derke had a great second half of the year in performance and fnatic doesn’t want to make their regional opponent even more deadly

Even from a pure business standpoint, the PR disaster of keeping a superstar player on your bench because you want to increase your chance of winning cant be worth it. I just do not understand why they made a roster move when they are clearly anything but confident in their decision. It’s just spineless tbh. Also I’m sure that, if this is actually true, players like Leo will definitely think twice before resigning with this org. It just doesn’t make sense.

Update According to UCAM's CEO Marco, FNC has received offers that between the buyout and Derke's first year salary were around 500K. So you guys have a number of reference

FNC has accepted them but Derke hasn't, he only wants VIT. So technically Derke isn't being forced on the bench, just forbidden from doing VIT. Idk if this is any better xD
