The top three teams all exemplify the three styles of Valorant teams you should be looking to copy.
EDG: Strong core and rookie players
Maintaining their team with little to no change for nearly 3 years was seemingly their downfall, but with changing up Haodong for S1Mon and moving him into a coaching position you can feel the synergy between the team is just on another level (it also helps that S1Mon is pretty cracked himself). Teams like SEN should be looking to emulate this instead of dropping everyone.
LEV: The closest thing to a superteam we’ve got left
People said this team would flounder and boy they fucking did, but now they are in a prime position to lift the trophy alongside TH and EDG. Aspas is the greatest player in the world, no doubt, and he finally seems to be having the parts around him synergize too. C0m specifically had turned the fuck up this champions in a way we have not seen since LA last year. This team collected the greatest components from a myriad of teams and formed a cohesive roster that, while it took a while, shaped up to be americas best.
Heretic: Investing in Tier 2
imho this is the best option out of the three. Heretics were #10 last year, looking abysmal, and what did they do? Gut the entire project? Not exactly. They kept Boo (who has only gotten better and better) and paired him with a cracked duelist who also happened to be his younger brother, kept Benjy after his single showing in LCQ last year and his time in Enterprise, and let Weber and Neilzinho say fuck it we ball. Wo0t, Riens, PatiTek, Miniboo all have shown the prowess of T2 and how if you invest in it (LOOKING AT U LEO FARIA) the game will only grow and grow
