That's reported rapes, think of how India's culture is around rape and how most women wouldn't report it. Also India has the highest child marriage rate and female foeticide. You cherry picked 1/30 stats that is ehh. No country is perfect and this comparison doesn't make sense. This is like saying Soviet Russia was worse than hitler/nazi Germany because more people died under Stalin than Hitler. There are many other factors that go in and at the end of the day it's all politics and opinions. Everyone has different views but no one should be discriminated against because their Indian

Simply not true, "a simple Google search" shows that India was a male led and dominated country far before the "west" (mainly England) colonized and brought conservatism and misogyny again no single country or civilization created or spread misogyny. Misogyny has existed since the dawn of time in any civilization that had a power structure.
Also again, rape per a capita is only for reported rapes, many more rapes worldwide go unreported, this Stat is honestly not that good to keep bringing up.
Your last point makes no sense, you don't live in India nor have you researched other western countries. India might be better than some western countries but its not this safe haven for women and this utopia you seem to think it is. India is a beautiful country with a rich culture that spans centuries and various eras and I hope the world recognizes India for these things instead of the negative media.
also you keep brining up stats and rapes per capita, as you said "it takes a simple google search to see" that rape stats aren't useful and can mean different things in different countries. it might mean that a country has a good policy on citizens reporting rape and being more comfortable coming out and telling their stories
Reported rapes. You think women feel comfortable and have faith in police to go and report it? From what I see on a quick google search because that's what you are basing everything off of, Rape cases in India are heavily underreported as compared to other countries.

it shouldn't be a competition of which country is better, its not fair to compare countries with such vastly differing issues.
as long as the prejudice is pointed out and brought more attention towards, thats all that should matter, comparing countries will progress nothing. More eyes need to be brought to this issue and thats all you guys should push for, not which country is better
India is not better than the USA in anything related to female rights and their equality. 97% rape cases in india are committed by friends or family and thus the victim is pressured not to go through with the report. If you are a fake flagger please stop speaking Outta your ass. If you are Indian, Open your eyes and look what's happening around you for once.
the US, Australia, and other countries may view it as homophobia but its different in other countries
they have different worldviews on different things, the US may view is as a detrimental thing but other countries doesnt.

This is due to the strong cultural roots of racism in India. A friend of mine who is Indian told me that in India, your beauty is judged on how fair skinned you are. Can you really expect others to treat Indians properly if they themselves discriminate against fellow Indians on the basis of their skin colour, religion and ethnicity? To begin with, you all need to change.
