It's ok to me, first place I thought about was natural place or UNESCO place. Stonehenge would be neat, macchu picchu, great wall of China, Versailles and Seine are ok to me

Would be cool. I think many TOs get scared off because of past outside tournaments, but I think we've come a long way since 2015 and could probably get past some of the issues inherent with outside tournaments (i.e., weather, screen glare, networking).
The big issue would be power delivery. Unless you put it somewhere there's already a connection to the power grid. You're either having to spend the money getting a connection out to where you are, or are going to have to get solar power (which would be highly impractical).
