Looking at the opening ceremony in France, I start to be convinced the first master of the year should be an outdoor event in place with an amazing architecture (or maybe even natural place)
chrlxz [#2]not in paris though somewhere nice
It's ok to me, first place I thought about was natural place or UNESCO place. Stonehenge would be neat, macchu picchu, great wall of China, Versailles and Seine are ok to me

samhatts [#7]Chip shop in Coventry that turned into a meme
I say we run one in Etihad Stadium, wont have to worry about space issues since its never full anyways
WhoseTao [#8]I say we run one in Etihad Stadium, wont have to worry about space issues since its never full anyways
Stadium seems too classical, not enough unique

Top tier football banter

What about Old Trafford since they only got history and old memoirs left there now

It's still a stadium, staidium is perfect for a classical master event,
Would be cool. I think many TOs get scared off because of past outside tournaments, but I think we've come a long way since 2015 and could probably get past some of the issues inherent with outside tournaments (i.e., weather, screen glare, networking).
The big issue would be power delivery. Unless you put it somewhere there's already a connection to the power grid. You're either having to spend the money getting a connection out to where you are, or are going to have to get solar power (which would be highly impractical).

You are kinda right about power tournament, could be an issue if some natural places are picked
Any pref places you want to see ?

I'm biased since it's near where I live, but the Red Rocks Amphitheater in Colorado would be cool.

Hmmm I'll wipe out the "No stadium rule" and allow it ! I was thinking about things that weren't supposed to be a stadium or a tournament
Wait the problem seems tied to be shit TO organizer more than outdoor organization

Wait this isn't about outdoor tournament, it's just a bad organized tournament
