Slightly worse latency on W11 but it’s barely noticeable

It's better, just make sure to use ChristTitusTech optimizer, as it debloats Windows and removes things like telemetry, notifcations etc

It has slightly more bloat as mentioned above, so minimally worse than win10 (unless youre on one of the newer intel cpus then its a bit weird on if its better or worse)
the real reason I wouldn't recommend anyone to swap atm is that Microsoft is being very careless with their features, having introduced multiple vulnerabilities when adding "AI" features (and only rolling them back after proof of concept applications were created)

W11 user here. it’s slightly worse in terms of performance. it’s not like difference between night and day, but it’s slightly worse. i randomly get some stutters in some games and idk if I should attribute them to w11 or shitty AMD drivers, though.
id say: stick to W10, it’s the most stable windows version. furthermore as some have pointed out, they’re being careless with their users when it comes to privacy and data mining

also: you can upgrade from windows 10 to windows 11, but not the contrary. there is no reason to put yourself at risk (dont repeat my mistake)

ive seen some people say that windows 10 is hurting performance (usually for people with ddr5 ram) but in most cases there is no difference

soooooooo...

I had windows 10 and was experiencing strange stuttering (not only in valo but mainly in valo) since i upgraded to windows 11 VALORANT generally feels more responsive, and my other games have less frame hitching and feel smoother. Take from that what you will.
