Haven meta pred?

No changes is going to be interesting considering new agents have been added (although i wish we could have gotten some C and B tweaks maybe). I’m curious what agents you fellas see being settled on as the meta.

IMO:

I see a lot of value for harbor after viper nerfs and especially his cove. I think it will be huge on B and C specifically.
Omen is still omen
KJ or cypher? Assuming still KJ but we haven’t seen the new cypher buffs on Haven so i assume some teams will give it a shot.
Neon, Reyna, PHOENIX??? Neon is the most powerful an agent has been since Chamber pre-nerf. The ability to reposition across large areas quickly, control certain areas using relay bolts and fast lane. Not to mention the slide changes. Very strong. PRX will run Reyna. Honestly this is the “something patch”. This may be the most a single player has been buffed so far in val. I enjoy the changes to reyna and feel like she’s an actual semi-productive agent at her job now. Phoenix got zero changes. He probably shouldnt be played, but Natank will. Shit Vic might at some point.

I’m no meta-oracle but i think we’ll probably see a mix of these agents

i think the only likely shift in haven meta we'll see is less of the omen/viper comp that was so strong near end of 2023
cypher over killjoy most likely
other than that, most teams will probably go back to the old breach sova comps which are still good - neon is overrated and jett is still too strong on haven as is oping

viper's anchor strength is much weaker on C so not sure there'll be much of her on haven

Her info denial is very strong at A though. I recall the old meta was starting to shift towards Viper, maybe I think I heard Sliggy or FNS talk about how good Viper is with just the viper wall at A long which can deny a lot of info for the attackers, the flood wall for C & A, like there's all sorts of benefits with Viper on the map.

she was definitely optimal before haven exited but she also plays C anchor which is very difficult now given she has 1 molly and less fuel
i expect some teams will run her but i doubt it will be like it was

Nope, I remember Derke using jetts dash to get on top of a box on haven A long, and then updrafting with ult, against Loud at 2023 champs. She already had only 1 updraft then. The main change since then is the giga nerf to skye, and now the buff to neon
