Accept the pay cut
Join a mid team with an excellent entry duelist (C9 with Oxy, EG with Jawg)
Win

The guy isn't terrible, just needs a solid support system. I think Potter would really be good with him. Get Derrek off the team, make Yay a perma sentinel or a secondary duelist behind Jawg. Nature plays initiator, Jawg is main duelist, Supamen and Apoth rotate between flex and controller.

Demon1 isn't available, taking a mental break more than likely.

Either way, Demon1 is not that different from Yay. Needs a good entry duelist as well. Yay's just been in limbo longer.

Jett behind Jawg's Raze if he's secondary duelist.

Cypher, KJ if perma sentinel. Leaf and TenZ have both excelled in different roles and I think Potter could bring a lot out of him in these roles. Especially with him having calm aim.

Idk, pretty sure bro has to either pick between a hard role swap (probably sentinel or smokes as that's where the most old duelist converts seems to be) or embrace that he's not esports young and should probably look to where his life is going to go next and maybe give colligate a try. Bros still got a name worth a full ride at some of the more trigger happy US schools and getting a free degree is probably the best way to pivot and successful early esports career these days

I don't think he's against a hard role swap considering the fact he hates playing Chamber. He's probably ready for a change anyways, especially after being absolutely shit on in-game and online by fans for the past 2 years.
