If I say "I have bad takes"
Then:
If you agree, then I have bad takes. But if you agree that i had bad takes, then the take of me having bad takes would be nullified, therefore me having good takes.
If you disagree, then i have no bad takes, but because i had a take about me having bad takes, that falsifies the take "I have bad takes", and therefore I don't have any bad takes. But if I don't have any bad takes, then my statement of "I have bad takes" holds true even though it shouldn't.
Concluding:
I have bad takes = I have no bad takes
