It definitely has nothing to do with whether it was technically a crime or not, it's what he did. Just because "it wasn't a crime" doesn't mean what he did was okay by any means

He wasn't "convicted" but he admitted what he did. So both cases did in fact take place, is more so what I would assume the comparison to sinatraa doesn't fully compare, regardless of how you feel about his situation

Sinatraa was never declared innocent, he was never bought to trial. He's never been charged, so he's considered innocent by default, but a court or any legal body has never affirmed that via a trial.

I'm not, he literally said he got offers but preffers not to play because Streaming pays more, you can easly finde those clips. The thing is, I don't like Sinatraa, Pancc and NTK, but thinking that justice will be served in a little videogame torunament is just treating the situation lightly.
