Ok, to the foreigners who want to know what the hell is going on about The Union, let me explain.

Pancc and NTK have done bad things

Pancc in 2021 chatted a 16 yr girl who was interested in him and they started to exchange sexual messages and pics. before they could meet Pancc backed out because it felt it was wrong and that "they should just be friends". in 2022-2023 ish the girl came out on twitter and exposed him as a ephebophiliac (pedo but for teenagers)
He admitted guilt immediately and cooperated with investigations. he was also dropped from his org at the time.
ALSO the girl hasnt charged him, she ONLY exposed him on twitter so he cant serve time.
This was a one time thing allegedly which opens up a talk about second chances.

NTK got into a heated argument with his girlfriend at the time and beat her up, like seriously, no weak hit, the mf PUNCHED her several times.
He got arrested, charged, prosecuted and served time. this was in 2015.

The article states that they began talking when she was 15, meaning pancc was 22.

Also the article has reports of pancc being weird to other girls.

So now all is explained, from a legal standpoint they are all in the clear since they served their respective time duties.
If you believe one of them should have a second chance or both is up to yall.

context: Brazil's age of consent is 14yo. but this is not socially accepted, so yeah not normal nowadays. having exchanged texts doesn't make him a criminal, unless he's done something specifically wrong. still a mistake though.

soliciting images in a sexual nature is normally criminal in UK/US (will make a note, it needs to be considered "SOLICITING" not someone just giving them up) to explain, solicitation is when u "demand, command or ask for images", if u receive them while not asking for them, this is not considered solicitation I'm almost 100% sure, this is law in US/UK law but the law may be different in Brazil and whatnot, i read that the age of consent is 14, so this is also a factor to consider.

I will say, i feel like this is typical politics behind a public role like this, people will play a political game and try to get people to dislike either you, the org u play for, try to get you fired, cancelled etc, it's pretty normal practice nowadays, I'd understand it if it happened recently, but the fact the Domestic violence happened in 2015, it was A LONG TIME AGO by now
