Mitch & Tombizz - Great duo with amazing hype buildup and shoutcasting, sometimes gets too loud but still they started to grow on me
Doug & Rivington - Fell asleep hearing them and overall don't have that much energy and i prefer others above them

If we are talking the whole world then I feel like Korean English casters and Japanese casters don't get enough love.
Korean casters are like friends. It's so nice listening to them.
And I don't know Japanese but the hype is real. But people don't like them because they are always shouting. But idk I don't like shouting but enjoy them.
Then I would say Panpoc and EU is #3
OCE and NA #4

The 3 casting duos should've been

Pansy and Hypoc
Sean Gares and DDK
Achilios and Paperthin(Korean English casters)
Also in the future they could have Mitch and Tombizz and Upmind and Sully as additional casting duos(unless other regions also have english casters as well other than Korea that I don't know about).
