Mitch & Tombizz - Great duo with amazing hype buildup and shoutcasting, sometimes gets too loud but still they started to grow on me
Doug & Rivington - Fell asleep hearing them and overall don't have that much energy and i prefer others above them

Rivington used to be hella fun and entertaining in early legue of legends days. May be thats why I don't find him boring now. Some good memories intertwine.

The English Korean casters where they at?

If we are talking the whole world then I feel like Korean English casters and Japanese casters don't get enough love.
Korean casters are like friends. It's so nice listening to them.
And I don't know Japanese but the hype is real. But people don't like them because they are always shouting. But idk I don't like shouting but enjoy them.
Then I would say Panpoc and EU is #3

Not really. Most of them are pretty hype make the games interesting or put in the effort to try. MOST of them.

no offense but mitchman cant cast one match without saying smth about NA xD

3. Achilios and Paperthin(Korean English casters)
   Also in the future they could have Mitch and Tombizz and Upmind and Sully as additional casting duos(unless other regions also have english casters as well other than Korea that I don't know about).
