Theres 100% better players out there then most pros, but they dont have the social status like the current pros and no one wants to pay someone who they dont have any prior experience in T1 scene its just like a normal job application for a good ass job, you got no experience? you wont be hired

Getting a team full of stars that can't gel well together is way worse than having a bang average team. I am not even talking about C9 here coz they have pretty good players that have solid protocols and better discipline than most teams.

ngl i think MCE is just exceptionally good at getting the most out of his players. He takes tier 2 talent and coordinates then correctly and then later once they have the fundamentals down, they then become strategic powerhouses. I'm not saying these guys aren't exceptionally talented, but i think the coach is doing more than just finding good players.

Frsnchising is all about getting clout and numbers for your organisation. A few ones really do care to compete tbh.
