im literally shocked how different the views on this matter is depending on where you are born/live

judging from twitter - where i shared my opinion, and i got many feedback, +/- i feel that half of the world is with the girl no questions asked

I fully sympathize with the girl right now, but I don't agree with the people mocking sinatraa for his response. The girl prepared for 9 months to talk about her experiences, and sinatraa is getting flamed for providing an update in 1 day that he is cooperating with officials.

However, I absolutely despise the people who are sympathizing with sinatraa just for his status, and saying "I feel so bad for sinatraa since he can't play." At the end of the day, people need to view this as an actual criminal accusation, and not just some random suspension from pro play.

I totally agree to your point, that many "fans" are just not strict enough with what others do, if they like them. I personally sympathize more with sinatraa, but this is because nobody has any kind of proof yet. I feel like verybody just said "Guilty!" and its done. I cant understand, how he just got suspended from the biggest tournament in Valorant so far and his OW skin got taken away (Not sure about the last one. Im not into OW and only heard about it on Twitter), due to accusations. And in a world, in which you are unguilty, until the opposite is proven, this should not happen...

I dunno how to tell you this, the same would happen in any company. The HR department would conduct some kind of investigation and the person would be layed off whilst its happening. It happens all the time in medicine. Even if its as little as making the patient slightly uncomfortable the staff will be layed off whilst an investigation happens. Cases like this collapse in court because its mega difficult to provide 100% damning evidence in any case like this which is why we always see this shit on twitter instead. So yes whilst theres an investigation he shouldnt play this is how it works in any industry.
