probably optic v loud champions final ascent where fns whiffed hard in OT and cost them the round and then the game
SMB is lead 8-6 on Map 3
We should have made 9-6, but in 2v4 position we lost the round and it becomes 8-7 :/
this is the best answer, genuinely unfortunate seeing the outcome of a match change due to 0.02s. that match was a top 5 ever for me and i don't even like watching EMEA regional matches
Or the one against Scream on Icebox in grand final LCQ, the round which stopped M3C from going to Champs
the beginning of the spike defuse curse sadge, could have qualified to m1 and possibly even champs
OpTic vs DRX Upper Semi Finals in Reykjavik, DRX get the defuse that was at 0.04 seconds and win 2-0, making the 5-6th curse never happen
Way back in masters 3 berlin '21 there was a round where forsaken walks backwards into a raze nade in ropes and dies after being rez-d. I think if PRX won that round vs SMB they would've taken the series and placed top 6 minimum in the playoffs. They then would qualify to champions (lost spot to bren because of a seeding match loss) where I think they would play with jingg and perform well too.

100T vs Guard challengers group stage map 1 Haven
There was a round where sayaplayer brainlessly dashed in the face of 2 players and clutched a 1v2. That's not something Hiko allows to happen normally but it was pretty unlucky. 100T lost the map 12-14. If not for that round they could've won 13-11 and could've 2-0'd Guard since they won next map (Split 13-6)
Instead it went to map 3 where they got 13-0'd 💀
This was the ec1s and BabyJ roster btw. I think it would've been interesting to see how they could've panned out given another chance

soniqs lost a 4v2 that would've put them in the group stage. Soniqs were so close and now all the players split apart and some aren't even signed :(((

Everyone from GMB played too passive without any map control. B played with no B long control, A played without A main control (sheydos on screens or behind screens), mid after early aggression from d3ffo was played passive as well. Gambit were worried about potential push from every position. They were caught off guard when Acend took B long just by contact. Only d3ffo was B site(other were in rotations to other positions, cuz of no map control), but it was not enough to stop 5 men exec. Unretakeable after kill on redgar. OT.
I wonder what would happen if d4v4i did not fall of the ledge on breeze against fpx
I'd change round 24 of map 3 so that soulcas holds mid properly, sees the 3 stack in mid, and then ScreaM whips around and kills them all at the start of the round and then the rest of the team kills Chronicle and Redgar, thus sending Liquid to Berlin

DRX vs LOUD Champions 2022 playoff upper S/F.
Round 24 (LOUD 12-11 DRX) saadhak hit a ridiculously lucky shot costing DRX the map, LOUD was on their momentum but DRX had the chance to win out the map since they are very strong on OT
Marved ace vs The Guard map 3. People like to rewrite history as if The Guard got completely shit on at Reykjavik but they were 2 rounds away from beating Optic. This round started The Guard’s choke. If Marved didn’t ace then The Guard might’ve not just beaten Optic, they could’ve even placed top 4 maybe.
This might be bending the rules too much, but I would change the first round that Keyd Esports used their illegal cam, leading them to (in this hypothetical situation) never use the cam, never having to redo breeze, and sending Acend to the lower bracket after the first match.
What does this do?
Well, EnVy could then have won through the upper bracket rather than losing to x10 in the lower finals. Either x10 doesn't make the real playoffs, or a slightly broken Acend squad (who would eventually win the entire thing) would lose before the real playoffs.
Team legacies of Gambit and EnVy (2022 OpTic) would have been greatly affected should Acend have lost that Breeze Map without the illegal cam. I mean, even if you subtract one of the free rounds given to Acend, Keyd still have a HUGE opportunity to win. Acend got 7 free rounds and only won 13-10.
Also, based on how ACEND's mental state has been shown to be, if they had that loss I expect them to be a much less lethal team.

In champions Istanbul, DRX vs OpTic on haven, 5th map where victor ran in with a stinger and got 4 kills, turning the momentum in OpTic's favor. If that round went to DRX it would being 3-2 in the favor of DRX.
