One and only solution: STOP GIVING IRRELEVANT REGIONS SO MANY SPOTS IN MAJOR TOURNAMENTS.

1 spot is enough for every region besides SA/NA/EU if we're being honest.
If you want more viewers you need to invite and give out more spots to the biggest orgs in the game.
One reason why CS outshines valorant in viewership is because their biggest tournaments are played by the BIGGEST and BEST teams out there, while valorant has to give out pitty spots to irrelevant orgs.
Give NA more spots, give EU more spots, take spots away from Asia and Africa or whatever the fuck.

Also every region should just have more spots, 12 spots for an international is a joke and there should be always at least 16 for future events. Also "minor" regions like BR/Lat/JP have so much potential and could give way more viewership in the future if supported correctly than NA or EMEA teams would in this game.

mf is living in another universe. The most beautiful thing in e-sports is seeing people from all over the world competing, paper rex for example is a hell of a team and it's doing so great, imagine not giving them spots just because of viewership lol.

Viewership isn’t a business model… CSGO could get 10 million views but, if the game is dead outside Europe who cares. CrossFire gets millions of views and even they went to a franchise format.

Valorant will continue to move forward and with time get to a point they’re doing 2 million viewd events with a stable ecosystem. This is a marathon not a 50 yard dash.
