Should he not get permabanned?
keznit is racist, that's why. we have nothing against Leviatán, though.
but considering a lot latam players (players, not pro players) have historically been racists towards us on every competitive game, it's just impossible to support a team like KRÜ where even a PRO PLAYER, who should be a role model, is racist.
in countries like Argentina, racism is naturalized. we are called monkeys in a daily basis, just for your knowledge
some latam dudes who aren't even racist can't understand the magnitude of this problem and want to believe keznit didn't mean what he said and everything was a misunderstanding. it was NOT a misunderstanding and this specific player was racist multiple times. every brazilian pro player recognizes it since he plays on our servers. he's toxic and a piece of shit.
Brazil don't tolerate racism and never will. we will always stand against this.
North Americans and Eu don't know how racism works so it's impossible to explain.
Because it happens the same here. When things like that happens, everyone condemns them. But with all this keznit hate thing that this trembolona guy promote, more and more people has continued to state that in countries like Argentina or Chile, we normalize those conducts which is false.
The keznit thing stayed as a subject on the internet environment, and we all know the people involved in this kind of things are like 90% cringe kids who haven't learned to measure their words.
Just being a bit pedantic here - although I do agree that Keznit was wrong and deserves to be reprimanded for his actions - from what I can tell Keznit was discriminating towards Brazilians generally (I could be wrong about this - I only speak English so I had to rely on google translate to get a full picture of the issue), which would be national origin discrimination rather than racism (which is aimed at a particular race or ethnic group)
this kind of scene here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zVJe-C87A-w is common when brazilians meet argentineans on sports events
the "monkey" offense comes from the fact those people think they are europeans living in SA, while brazil has a huge black population... monkey is treated as a racist slur because of that.
Of course, when you're playing online you can't possibly know the color of the person on the other side, BUT it's aimed toward us because of our demographics
There are racists everywhere and Brazil is no exception, I wouldn't go as far as to say Brazil is less racist than any other latam country. But there is only one pro player with a history of racism in the scene.
I think people lose the point when they start pointing fingers like that, instead of focusing on the guy that shouldn't even be competing.
