This one is a hard one, but, you should try asking Girl A out. Through doing so, you communicate your feelings to Girl A, while also not straight on rejecting Girl B, (as Girl A will probably tell her that instead). Given that you aren't desperate to date, you should look to let Girl B off the hook easily, while also being prepared to move on yourself in a pacey manner. As such, while extremely difficult, you may gain quick closure by confessing your feelings to Girl A. Just my opinion, but hey, I'm just some guy on VLR.
