yeah termi has at least always been able to keep drx within the top 4-5 of pacific even with brand new rookies that he will have to train up from scratch - so he definitely has an idea of what he is doing.

meanwhile i'll just say autumn has been in possession of some very seasoned, good players

encourages bullying and targeting of other players on the team, gives advice like "shoot better! stop whiffing!" to his players, ACKNOWLEDGES that meteor is overwhelmed but does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AT ALL to fix it in any way until meteor breaks down on camera. a very toxic environment and there are only 2 people on that awful team who are trying to do something about it; meteor by actually reassuring his players after buzz has his scheduled temper tantrums mid match, and carpe on the coaching staff in a more subtle way. sylvan clearly got benched because he couldn't handle buzz and stax being so toxic to him every single match that they played, but of course autumn being the stupid fucking coach that he is, almost certainly benched sylvan because "he wasn't shooting back" instead of because the team dynamic is absolutely abhorrent.

i remember after kickoff or after shanghai on plat chat they said that meteor mentionned on a stream that autmn was not helpin really during his timeouts with strats and all just sayin aim better
seeing now the doc he actually says nothing but just hit your shots you win
he took bren way too seriously
