Why are they good at CS but so disappointing at Valorant?

its hard to make it far with an op crutch currently because ops aint that dangerous anymore, if you know how to deal with them you can nullify the most dangerous player of the opposite team unless he finds value with a rifle a judge or another alternative, they always focus their game plan on op players, ardiis, cned and now koalanoob
I more meant their consistency in CS, like they almost always place withing the top 10 in any given event, and still consistently place in top 5, they may not be the best currently, but the fact that top 5 and 10 finishes are considered not that good for them really demonstrates how good they have been throughout CS history.
Meanwhile, in valorant the most they've done is get grouped at international lans and have been consistently mediocre or just bad at times.
cuz their management is n4rrate worded. Their dota roster went from three internatinal finals in a row to being a laughing stock of CIS. The reason they had this consistency in cs is cuz they went from zeus (greatest CIS IGL of all time) to blade (greatest CIS Coach of all time) and had s1mple (the greatest CS Player of all time) along the way
