i cant stop thinking about heretics last year, and i have concluded that they were shit. they got insanely lucky with meta and individuals carrying their asses most games. there was 0 gameplan, no good calling and team synergy from plat ranked. if woot and riens didnt have individual pop off tournaments, heretics would have had a mid year, and bruh and minibruh would be unemployed rn

i mean your not wrong they had easy opponents in shanghai and champs
farmed 2 china teams to make playoffs, if they fought fut or lev they easily lose (which is what shouldve happened) but instead the rigged draw people choosing had to side with heretics
then ofc they could farm edg in playoffs, and in champs farm another china team (f0x gaming)

if they fought real teams like they did in madrid then they wouldnt have even been top 2 in emea (and wouldnt have qulad playoffs ofc)
