If it's something that feels impossible to bury, my advice would be to just acknowledge it at that point. Try to learn from it and whatever lessons you can from it so that it doesn’t continue to control you.
This past Christmas I was thinking of suicide and had a mental breakdown because the walls I had built around myself to protect myself from others got taken down by the only person I was interested in since 2020. Along with many other life stuff like feeling like a straggler who had no home or purpose.
Only thing that kept me alive was my dream that I still hadn't fulfilled. But Therapy and being social and connecting with new people has helped a ton

I genuinely want to know how to develop this mentality coz I tend to ruminate on past things and overthink alot that's why I have got ADHD problems rn

My finance exam a few days ago
A necessary item we need to do a majority of the calculations is a financial calculator, mine was working a day before the exam when i was studying. Few hours before the exam, I was solving some problems but I was getting answers different to the ones on the answer key. Saw another student say that some of the answers they were unsure as to how to get them so i chalked it up to the answer key being wrong. Arrived for the exam at 7pm, getting ready to do it. First up we have some MCQs, I was putting in the inputs but for some reason none of the options were what i had. Tries several different questions, all the values I got from the calculator were wrong. I started panicking because I needed my calculator to do this exam and without it I would do extremely bad, mind you this exam is worth 20% of the sem grade. I ask my professor to check my calculator to see If I had pressed some button to make everything break, she said she cant do that in an exam. I was about to cry because it was to the point where I was considering just handing in the blank exam and leaving to save time. Thank the lord she came back with her personal calculator and let me use it (she had no borrowing as a rule for the exam so I thought it was over for me). Managed to do the rest of it and thanked her profusely for saving my ass.

"ever been played" alr lets not glaze them too much. They went to 5 maps vs Loud and lost uppers to PRX. Had it been any other team coming from uppers other than ChokerX then they lose.
Loud run was better, they simply didn't lose after learning abt how shit their pearl was in Groups
