AlexSMTx [#3]I wonder what the out of game problems were
Getting punched in the face is a pretty big out of game problem

Personality clashes most likely. Verno seems like a guy who just tells you how it is without hesitation and that often doesn't bode well

Very much could be it, ik there’s a Dapr tweet which HEAVILY implies this

This. Dapr spoke about how at some point in 2024 he felt like Verno hated him even if that wasn't the case. He probably got a very straight forward agenda and I don't know how that will work with NRG and the people within
cloudberry [#4]Ethan really doesn't wanna be there
Why would he? He's gotta deal with a chem ridden team for the second year in a row. He's already said in the off season that if he doesn't make it to an international this year, he'll retire. Seems like NRG is on track to not do anything.

well he nevers wants, he isn't that much of a camera person (neither in valorant or when he played cs)

I guess that's fair, but like... come on, dude. At least make an effort 😭

yeah, sometimes seems that PR doesn't exist in some teams. May be an unc thing, but presentation is important, in those moments you just have to at least be neutral, not to look like you don't give a shit hahaha

feels like hes very direct with criticism, thats actually the german way lmao, directly say what is wrong and dont talk abt the topic and dont dodge it, if thats the case they should be grateful bcs even if things are hard sometimes and it comes off as rude or mean its always the correct decision to directly talk abt the problems and then how to fix them, i could imagine he criticised FNS way of igling or that he does some aim practice or something else

Could be very possible
Yistyy [#7]This is an all-time fumble from verno. Based on FNS's answer that guy was clearly a massive problem.
Most probably yeah
nobody___100 [#16]lmfao they all look massively depressed
they know its cooked
It sucks to see but it seems like whatever internal problems they had was too far to be fixed.

This is like the third time Ethan’s been stuck in a bad Chem roster in Valorant. Once in 100t and for a second time at nrg. He might be one of the unluckiest players in ending up on teams with internal issues.
windwine [#27]lmao this weird tho he kinda imply tat verno work hard
Idt him not working hard was the issue tho
