Should consider taking a look at the ChipiChapa boys playing in Spain now. Both ZachKappa and Serial have been absolutely crazy. And while they are not his young ChipiChapas was literally just playing the officials raw, barely any praccs no server time at all. This is their first professional environment and they are insane

This is not supposed to be a "good players in T2" list but a potential young prodigy list. Otherwise the list would get too big and loose focus. Zach is like 22 and SK is 20 i think. Chippi chapa obviously goated but different purpose.

If i were to make a list about the best players in T2 that need to get picked up i would maybe list half of these kids if even that.

Military service in the UAE is usually a bit less than a year. I think it was something like 11 months

Haven't heard if he has plans to return or not (he might've said something; I just haven't heard anything)

i have a list of hundreds of players who are under 18, sorted by peak rank and other factors (experience in t2/t3/premier etc) im about halfway through it, already covered regions such as France + Benelux and Northern Europe. currently working on Eastern Europe (did Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary) now and have plans to do every region.

sadly not gonna release the full list publicly because of how many hours ive put into it (orgs hit me up!!)
but i can share the under 16 names once im done with that (because they are underage per riot rules and cant play)

Honestly, if you want a good head start, just check out Bade's twitter, I know the guy and i can tell you his lists are pretty damn good (though he doesn't publish all of them of course.)

kozzy, 14yo, genuinely insane at the game, and super young aswell, could be a big name when he turns 16

idle, 15yo, idlevlr on twitter + idle#15yo on leaderboards #54 last act, his account seems a bit suspicious in the performance tab, but im not going to make assumptions on if legit or not, its one of the names to watch out

po1nt, 17yo, this guy used to be pretty decent in 2023, he ghosted in 2024, but apparently he is back and streaming radiant ranked grind, could be a good name in some time if he puts in the effort, but for now, nothing crazy.

yutaro, 18yo, I don't really know if this guy is even considered EMEA atp, he is ukrainian but lives in japan from what ik, I heard about this guy from Bade, and he is genuinely insane, yutarovlr on twitter.

rehn, 16yo, though I wouldn't say he is the best right now, he is definitely decent and is very young, so he can improve alot.

Kaaru, no idea on his age, this dude quite literally was going +20 in all northeast open quals games, his account is also quite suspicious, but, he was let into vcl, so i assume he is clean, definitely one of the names to watch out

WaddlesThePig, 18yo, Kaaru's teammate, 1k rr peak player, pretty good in ranked, a bit overwhelming in actual games so far, but has potential.

TakeR, 17yo, 1k rr peak, seems very promising.

Also, keep an eye for TL Academy, GSR and Donatello will destroy.
Razziss will also be going into vcl apparently, insane talent
SunfloweR also incredibly talented, hope he finds a team.

I did mostly ranked players that will be upcoming in a far more long term tbh, and also, looking back at this list, even then i could have done way better if i wasnt lazy lol.

Also, yutaro was playing VCL jp promo/rele for CREST Gaming not long ago btw
but im not sure if he is fit for "EMEA" scouting hub, despite being half ukrainian he is playing in JP and has JP Citizenship :)

I will hold out a bit with derr. That debut was jsut too dreadful. I heard great things about s0pp too and he flopped so far. I do need some real data to support the case before i list them.

from t3/premier, i'd say Kyoukei (17, hungary), beNca (18, hungary), kizy (17, czech republic), zeyno (16, france), flank (17, UK)
