my prediction and all my marbles goes to less
i could also see kangkang as a contender
who do you think will pull it off ?
RzqoFoxie [#7]People saying EDG is hilarious.
Thinking they'd actually get that lucky again is funny
why do you say that?
Harapan845 [#16]he only won a masters no?
chichoo won champions under nats name, very grateful of him
H3ENnZ [#13]Does game changers count
If it does then SR
If it doesnt apply then one of the EG boys
i’m just counting tier 1 franchise for now !
nobody___100 [#23]demon1 c0m or ethan or jawgemo
definitely not demon1/c0m/jawgemo
ethan/less have the best chance

Because there is always a luck factor to winning champs. And people probably have figured out EDG by now. They kinda went under the radar the whole tournament cause they were like top 5 worst teams on 2024 lan before champs

Part of competition is adaptability, EDG actually adapted quite fast compared to other teams, having to deal with many role issues and bringing a new rookie in. They will only get more confident as a team as time passes. Many people were deeming miniboo as the best neon in the world and he failed to show it at champs 🤷♀️ give credit where it’s due, also the meta changes every year and they will change things up before kickoff obviously
This is nothing like MIBR beating 100T, EG actually backed up on that with great results and defying expectations though
shadowrayTV [#29]W reading comprehension
You are the one who isnt comprehending here.
2025 champs is for MiBR, Vit may win a Masters, but Champions is for MiBR.

My Mom allways told me that dumb people like to play smart and put down people.
She might be right.
honestly from how they're looking rn EDG. Nobody Chichoo and S1mon still showed good individual form even though GES was more of a fun sidequest for them with the 2 academy players. I still trust Muggle to keep them grounded throughout the season alongside the rest of the coaching staff. too soon to call rn but out of anyone they're the safest bet

i agree, imo they’re only looking to get better from here, keep in mind this was s1mons first international event, he was very nervous but still managed to be disciplined. people can say all they want about EDG but I think they will do fine next year and will be trophy contenders

They have everything at their disposal to keep rising their ceiling, especially considering they were only able to get past groups mid-way through 2023. Honestly I don't even think we've seen close to the hypothetical peak with this roster yet, which is crazy to say considering they won champs with the most dominant Lotus I think we've ever seen. The roster is also inarguably top 2 in the world when it comes to firepower. They're in every aspect of the word a 'superteam'

dominant lotus is crazy when you consider that they’ve been banning it all year 😭
catNmouse [#11]why do you say that?
just too unlikely with other stronger teams in here, and we know the winning champs curse exists
catNmouse [#47]dominant lotus is crazy when you consider that they’ve been banning it all year 😭
banned it for half the season, pulled it out in split 2, lost to drg, moved smoggy onto clove, proceeded to have some of the best aggressive control in the game. fucking preposterous series of events
cameran [#51]just too unlikely with other stronger teams in here, and we know the winning champs curse exists
that’s fine but they said “lucky again” which is what prompted me to ask that question. thats like saying lev is lucky to be top 3, or sentinels top 4

icebox out and lotus out, split and pearl in. This is a good map pool for them imo, they can run raze fade/skye breach omen cypher/viper and achieve success on split.
