Astra is there technically but she can recall her stars.

They nerfed the dog and now the flash aint even on cooldown smh. Worst ini rn imo

The thing is if riot makes her flash rechargable she'll go from trash to op instead of balanced.
Maybe increasing recharge time could help like both flashes recharged only once
